We’ll prepare the beds based on your group size. Our friendly helper will greet you and guide you to the rooms set up just for you. Settle in and enjoy!
Quick note: Kindly adjust the number of confirmed guests in your reservation, as we will only prepare based on the number of guests booked. Our villa can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests.
💦 Pool Time
The pool (1ft–6ft deep) is all yours! Have fun, but please keep an eye on kids—no lifeguards on duty.
🚫 Safety First, No Bad Vibes
Firearms, weapons, and illegal substances are not allowed. Let’s keep our space safe, happy, and worry-free.
🐾 Pets Welcome (Up to 2)
Furry friends are allowed with a ₱1,250/night per pet fee. Please:
Clean up after them
Use pet diapers where possible
Keep them in pet-friendly areas
🚭 No Smoking or Vaping Indoors
Smoking and vaping are strictly not allowed inside the house, especially in the bedrooms. Please use the designated outdoor areas. A cleaning fee will be charged for any violations. Let’s keep the air fresh and the space comfortable for everyone. Thanks for understanding!
🎥 Shoots Welcome
Planning a commercial shoot or content session? No problem—just contact us first. Fees apply, and we’re happy to help you set up.
🚫 No Unregistered Guests
Only guests included in the booking are allowed on the property unless approved in advance.
🎉 Decorations
Please don’t stick or hang anything on the walls (e.g., banners or party decor). Help us keep the home looking great!
💡 Respect the Space
Treat the home like it’s your own. Accidents happen—just know that damages will be charged as needed.

Enjoy your music, but please keep it at a moderate level until 10:00 PM. After that, let’s keep it chill and relax for everyone’s peace and quiet. Thanks for being considerate!

🏡 Exclusive Stay
You’ll have private access to the entire home—perfect for your group’s privacy and relaxation.
Please note: Unused bedrooms will be securely closed off, depending on your group size.
✅ Full Access
All common areas and amenities (like the pool, kitchen, living area, etc.) are available for your use throughout your stay.
CCTV cameras are installed in the pool area and garage for monitoring purposes. These are in place strictly for safety and security.
🛏 Bedroom Setup
We arrange the sleeping areas based on the number of guests in your booking:
2 bedrooms for 4–8 guests
3 bedrooms for 9–14 guests
This helps us keep the space cozy and well-maintained for every group!
