PROPERTY ACCESS
You will have access to all interior spaces of the home with the exception of a locked cleaning closet and locked under stair storage. You will also have access to the exterior spaces on the property.

QUECHEE CLUB
Your booking includes optional access to the Quechee Club for an additional daily fee, paid directly to the Club. Reservations are required to use the amenities and are not guaranteed. Details on how to secure reservations and access the amenities will be provided prior of check-in, but if you have any questions about the club and how to access all of the amenities prior to booking, please don't hesitate to reach out.

FIREPLACE
The fireplace is decorative (not for guest use), but the living room is cozy year-round with comfy seating and warm lighting.
WINTER TRAVEL & SNOW REMOVAL
We recommend having a vehicle with AWD or 4WD during the winter months in order to safely access the driveway and property. The primary roads are paved and well maintained, but the neighborhood roads are hilly, winding and can be challenging for some cars in winter.
The driveway is a stone hardpack driveway and is on an incline, so it can be slippery in the winter. It will be plowed and sanded before your arrival and during your stay as needed. The walkway from the parking area to the entry will be shoveled upon arrival, and a shovel is provided for use during your stay.
EXTERIOR SECURITY
Exterior cameras are installed around the exterior perimeter of the home for security purposes. A video doorbell is also installed at the main entry door and available to assist with access if needed.
SMOKING
No smoking inside or anywhere on the property, including e-cigarettes.
PARTIES / GROUPS
Neighborhood quiet hours are from 11pm to 7am. No loud music, parties, events or disruptive behavior. No parties and no guests beyond those included in the booking are allowed on the property.
