The space
If you wish to escape the monotony of the city grind and relax in the lap of nature then look no further. Pindari Cottage sits among beautiful blue pine trees that attract the most incredible birds of the valley. The chirping of the birds along with the rays of the early morning sun enter the cottage through the bay windows of the English styled cottage.
The large garden area provides ample space to bask in the warmth of the bright sun during the day and sit by the warm crackling fire during cold evenings.
Pindari Cottage's ideal location keeps you in the midst of all the hustle & bustle of the hills while keeping you away from it too.

Guest access
This listing is for a maximum of 5 people, through this listing guests will have access to 1 bedroom, 1 pull out sofa bed (very comfortable for 2 adults) in the living room. For the fifth guest we'll put out an extra bed mattress in the living room.

The living room, dining room and the outdoor areas are all accessible by guests.

Guests are more than welcome to use the fully equipped kitchen for cooking their own meals. We also have a caretaker, Kamla Aunty who lives at the property and will help the guests check in and get familiar with the cottage. You can also hire her services to cook meals and wash the dishes for a nominal Rs 450/day charge payable directly to her. We have a BBQ grill which the guests are welcome to use. Kamla Aunty and her son Sanju will help you with the BBQ and help organize bonfires.

Other things to note
Breakfast is NOT included in the price. However, Kamla Aunty's cooking and cleaning services can be hired for a nominal charge of Rs 500/day for up to 4 guests. If the number of guests is more than 4 then the charges will be Rs 100 per additional person per day, (i.e. 5 guests = Rs 600/day. 8 guests = Rs 900/day) She will arrange and cook whatever you'd like. The cooking services are arranged in the same way as your own cook and kitchen at home. This is non negotiable since she'll work very hard to provide you with all you need. The money is to be paid directly to her.

Naukuchiyatal, another gem of the Kumaon, is about 10 kms away and it is the prime destination for adrenaline junkies looking for their fix through paragliding over the Bhimtal valley.

Nainital, our most popular lake town is 18 Kms form my home. It takes about 30-35 minutes to get there. So you are close to all the hustel and bustle and yet not surrounded by it.
