Beautifully appointed 2 bedroom one bath, plus loft with a full kitchen, private patio with amenities on a secluded 3.5 acres treed lot. Great for couples getaway or for families with plenty of room to enjoy. This property is a duplex that can be rented together with the 2/1 unit next door to accommodate larger families. With High speed Internet, you can work remotely in a dedicated workspace while being in the great outdoors. Enjoy all that Colorado Springs has to offer and enjoy the mountain living. With and elevation of 7500 feet, you can enjoy cool evening, from one of two private patios, or two private balconies. Note the bathroom is located on the 2nd floor of the home.

Up to 2 dogs allowed with a 1-time $30 per pet fee to cover extra cleaning. Please crate pet if leaving them alone in the house.

This Unit is one half of a duplex, with shared drive and excess parking. Each unit has a dedicated parking, with plenty of room to share, separate entrances, two separate patios, and you will have access to the property. Simply be kind to your neighbors if there are any, but enjoy it as if it were your house.
