Our facility is located in the nature-rich Hakone area. Therefore, insects (ants, mantises, centipedes, etc.), spiders, and wildlife (wild boars, masked palm civets, monkeys, snakes, geckos, etc.) inhabit the surrounding area regardless of season.
If you encounter wildlife, please refrain from approaching them or making loud noises that might provoke them. Although we conduct thorough checks during each cleaning and implement regular pest prevention measures, completely preventing insects from entering is unfortunately impossible. We hope you can understand this as part of the experience of staying in a lush natural setting.
