The space
Quinta Picota Cucho has been meticulously designed to accommodate large groups in a family-friendly, quiet, and completely private setting, ideal for:

We are located in the safest sector of the city, surrounded by nature, very good and united people, committed to helping you in whatever you need.
Important: We have several listings posted on my profile and on various platforms, differentiated only by the guest capacity each listing offers; we offer and guarantee complete exclusivity and privacy for you and your companions.
Once you book, !we automatically block the other listings for your dates!
You will not share the property with other guests; the entire estate is reserved exclusively for the members of your reservation, guaranteed!!

• Parking: We have ample parking for up to 20 vehicles, providing you with comfort and safety during your stay.
• Security: Our property is equipped with alarm system and video surveillance cameras on the outside of the house for peace of mind. (We do not have cameras inside)
• Social Area: Relax by our wood burning fireplace or enjoy a variety of games for all ages. You will have access to our art gallery, where we have unique paintings exhibited that you can buy or contact the artist to manage any particular requirements.
• BBQ Area: Enjoy our BBQ area with a fantastic wood-burning oven and a large stainless steel grill.
• Magical Night: Special lighting that creates a warm and cozy atmosphere.
• Laundry area: We have a new, state-of-the-art washer and dryer available to our guests 24/7 (the reservation includes ONE use of the washer and dryer per night booked; if more uses are required, a $5 fee will be charged for each use of the washer or dryer).
MAIN LIVING ROOM

BEDROOMS
• Master Bedroom: six cozy double beds with comfortable mattresses, pillows, sheets, blankets and duvets. It has extra blankets, an electric heater, plus an iron and a hairdryer.
• Duplex bedroom: on the lower level, a living room with a 32” Smart TV with YouTube, XUPER (you can watch all Netflix movies and series), and a full bathroom. At the top, two double beds, cozy, with comfortable mattresses, pillows, sheets, blankets and comforters. It also has extra blankets and an electric heater.
• Dream Cabin: Privileged location 25 meters from the main house, with breathtaking views of the courts and property:
- Sleeps 4 of thin texture.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA
• Equipped Kitchen: Our kitchen has all the basic supplies, utensils and appliances necessary to prepare your food.
• Well-stocked pantry: Over 50 varied and exclusive products are available for your enjoyment throughout your stay.
BATHROOMS AND DRESSING ROOM
• Individual Bathrooms: Individual bathrooms for ladies and gentlemen with essentials such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, towels and a shower with hot water.
• Full Bathroom in Duplex Bedroom: In the duplex bedroom you will find a full bathroom with all the essentials and additional amenities.
• Dressing room next to the Master Bedroom: a dressing area to use when entering or leaving the Jacuzzi or Turkish bath, it has towels and a space to change comfortably.
--> IMPORTANT:
• For each additional guest (child or adult) to those registered in the reservation, which exceeds the amount allowed in the listing (16 guests), the value of $10 per night will be cancelled without exception.
• The fifth one can sleep 24 guests.
• Picota Cucho is pet friendly, it is mandatory to register your pets, before booking. If you require a bed for your pet at no additional cost, please let us know to provide one at check-in. If you did not register your pet when making the reservation, the reservation will be modified at check-in to include it.
EXTRA EXPERIENCES
--> We offer inflatable mattresses with full utensils and kitchenware for the duplex bedroom sofa bed at an additional cost.
--> Stays over one night, have big discounts, the longer the longer the stay will be the discount applied!
--> For long stays, a full cleaning is included courtesy every 7 nights, if you require more followed cleaning, these will have an additional cost.
--> Enjoy and share your social events, Christmas dinners, in our spacious living room, which sleeps 90. To book this service, before completing your reservation, the respective inquiry must be made, for a better organization and check the conditions.
--> Our 5th offers an exclusive personalized chef service, which suits your tastes and preferences. Our expert chef is available to prepare delicious dishes for you and your loved ones. This service has an additional cost, which will be defined directly with the chef once the reservation is confirmed.
--> We offer personalized and safe transfer service from anywhere in the city to our property. Our experienced driver will take care of it safely and comfortably. This service has an additional cost, which can be coordinated directly with us.

EVENTS AND PARTIES
Quinta Picota Cucho allows meetings and celebrations only for the number of guests included in the reservation.
If you wish to hold an event with a greater number of attendees, it is possible to do so with prior coordination and an additional fee for use of the property for events.
The fifth one is not shared with other guests, it is only for the members of your reservation.
We enjoy 2 different entrances of water to the property, which guarantees that you will never run out of water in the property.
Connect with nature in Picota Cucho, a cozy, comfortable, and safe place surrounded by tranquility and nature, just minutes from the beautiful city of Cuenca, Ecuador.
Our property, designed primarily in wood with warm tones, is complemented by stone, iron, and glass, creating a perfect harmony with the natural surroundings.
Located in Bellavista - Sayausí, just 200 meters from the final stop of bus line 3, we are 10 km from the historic center of Cuenca. Upon confirming the booking, we will send you the exact location so that you can get there without problems. You can get there by car or by public transportation on Line 3 and walk 200 meters. We also offer transportation service from the airport, terminal or other location, for an additional cost.
Near Picotacucho, you will find shops, mini-markets, bakeries, typical food restaurants, gas stations, pharmacies, ATMs and more.
From our property, you can do various activities such as hike to centuries-old trees, fish trout in the river and cook them in our wood oven, go downhill mountain biking, or explore the Cabogana hill and its waterfalls. We also offer horseback riding along the riverbank, with prior reservation and for an additional cost.
You can visit the Cajas National Park, tour the historic center of Cuenca, taste the local gastronomy, enjoy the nightlife and much more.
