The space
We are located in the safest sector of the city, surrounded by nature, very good and united people, committed to helping you with whatever you need.
-> We have several listings published for the country house, the only difference is the number of guests (capacity), all listings include the use of all facilities, the country house is NOT shared with other guests, once you book a listing, the other listings are automatically blocked for those dates.

At Quinta Picota Cucho, you will have the entire property at your disposal, which has a land area of 9,800 m2, almost a hectare! In which you can walk through natural trails, gardens, orchards and breathe fresh air; take some beautiful photographs both in the external and internal areas of the property; at certain times you can meet and interact (if you like) with small cows and our small and beautiful white horse that usually graze in certain areas of Picotacucho.
We have a safe and large private parking lot in the front of the property for 20 vehicles.
For your safety, our property has an alarm system and video surveillance system with 2 outdoor cameras that are located at the main entrance and at the back of the house.
For your healthy recreation and fun we have 2 sports courts with natural grass, one for volleyball and another for 7-a-side soccer.
In our main room you will find: a ping-pong table, a dart board, playing cards, jenga, various games for large and small; a fully equipped workstation with fiber optic internet with Wi-Fi that covers all corners of the social areas and bedrooms; individual bathrooms for ladies and gentlemen, reading or rest stations, you will find the dining area with a large table for large family dinners and the general room that surrounds our beautiful wood fireplace ideal for roasting some marshmallows and enjoying them together with a delicious hot chocolate. To liven up your stay, you can use our mobile sound equipment with USB connection, Bluetooth, CD and tuner (make moderate use of the volume and the hours of use out of respect for our neighbors).
Assorted Pantry: More than 100 varied and exclusive products are available for your enjoyment throughout your stay, you will only pay for the value of the products consumed at the time of check-out.
Upstairs you will find our large indoor Jacuzzi with heated water, night lighting and waterfall, ideal for relaxing and enjoying a hydromassage that will completely renew you. Next to this, we have our Turkish bath that with the fresh eucalyptus freshly cut from our forests you can stimulate the nervous system with the water vapor, favoring circulation and relaxation. In this space you will also find an ideal hydration point if you use the Turkish bath and/or the Jacuzzi, next to a beautiful wicker room that has a 40" Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube, Xtrim, IPTV with more than 1,000 national and international channels and with more than 10,000 series and movies, which you can also watch while enjoying the Jacuzzi. You will find a full bathroom with the essentials: toilet paper, soap, shampoo, towels and a shower with hot water. In front of the bathroom is the dressing area to use when entering or leaving the Jacuzzi or Turkish bath.
On this same floor you will find the master bedroom that has six large and cozy beds with comfortable mattresses, pillows, sheets, blankets and duvets, in addition you will have blankets and an electric heater to keep you warm (if necessary on cold nights).
If you come with small children (under 2 years old), let us know in advance and we will place a playpen in the bedroom at no additional cost for the safety and comfort of the little ones when sleeping.
On the ground floor next to the main living room you will find our kitchen, it is spacious, has all the basic supplies (salt, sugar, coffee, tea, cocoa, chocolate, oil) and shampoo) and is fully equipped with a hot water tap, refrigerator, microwave oven, gas stove with oven, blender, sandwich maker, toaster, coffee maker, cooking utensils, complete dishes, in which you can prepare your own food in comfort or serve fresh fruit, vegetables, fast food or typical dishes that you can get in the sector or order at home through the different platforms.
Next to the kitchen you will find our duplex bedroom, in which, on the lower part you will have a living room with a 32”Smart TV with Netflix, Youtube, Xtrim, IPTV with more than 1,000 national and international channels and with more than 10,000 series and movies; a full bathroom with the essentials: toilet paper, soap, shampoo, towels and shower with hot water; on the upper part you will find the bedroom that has two large and cozy beds with comfortable mattresses, pillows, sheets, blankets and duvets, in addition you will have blankets and an electric heater to keep you warm (if necessary on cold nights).
For barbecue lovers, we have a wonderful barbecue area in the back, where you will find a fantastic wood oven and everything you cook there I guarantee will have a unique flavor like no other, next to the wood oven is our large stainless steel grill for barbecues with a large counter and dishwasher to facilitate your experience.
Our guests can also enjoy their dishes in the rustic dining room located in this area.
At night our entire property lights up dramatically and will give you that warmth of home, which surely in the future you will remember and want to return.
It includes our cozy newly remodeled cabin, which is 25 meters from the main house, has a bunk bed and a half, heater, with a beautiful view of the courts and the entire property, does not have a private bathroom (you have to use the bathrooms of the main house); ideal for people with an adventurous spirit who would like to share a unique experience observing the stars on clear nights, tell stories or stories enjoying a jovial moment.
IMPORTANT:
• For each additional guest (child or adult) to those registered in the reservation, exceeding the amount allowed in the listing (20 guests), the value of $10 per night will be charged without exception.
• Picota Cucho is pet friendly, it is mandatory to register your pets before booking. If you need a bed for your pet, please let us know to deliver it to you at check-in.
-> OPTIONAL: Additionally, in the main house we have inflatable mattresses with capacity for 2 people each, including the complete bedding set: set of sheets, blanket, duvet and pillows. The value of each set (mattress + bedding) is $40.
We also offer full bedding for the duplex bedroom sofa bed for $15.
Stays longer than one night have great discounts, the longer the stay the greater the discount applied!
** Enjoy and share your social events, Christmas dinners, in our spacious living room, with capacity for 90 people. To book this service, before completing your reservation, you must make the respective inquiry, for better organization and to consult the conditions.

Our property, designed mainly in wood with warm tones, is complemented by stone, iron and glass, creating a perfect harmony with the natural environment.
Located in Bellavista - Sayausí, just 200 meters from the end stop of bus line 3, we are 10 km from the historic center of Cuenca. When confirming the reservation, we will send you the exact location to arrive without problems. You can access it by car or public transport line 3 and walk 200 meters. We also offer shuttle service from the airport, terminal or other location, at an additional cost.
Near Picotacucho, you'll find shops, mini markets, bakeries, typical food restaurants, gas stations, pharmacies, ATMs, and more.
From our property, you can do various activities such as hiking to centenary trees, fishing for trout in the river and cooking them in our wood oven, making descents by mountain bike, or exploring Cabogana Hill and its waterfalls. We also offer horseback riding along the riverbank, by reservation and at an additional cost.
