2. Only 10mins away from NAIA (airport)
3. Only 30mins away from Mall of Asia (mall)
4. Near hospitals, commercial and banking centers, and aviation schools
5. Only 1 minute away from Parañaque City Police and Fire Stations (safety posts)

Other things to note
Here's our booking process and reminders:

1. Book atleast two (2) days prior arrival pre-registration purposes.

2. Send one copy of Valid Govt ID + vax card for each guest.

3. Disclosure: Our quirky nook is a 23sqm. spaceous and non-partitioned Studio unit best fit for 2-3 friends. The beds are two (2) separate single beds, and one junior sofa bed.

4. Pay parking is available off premises. It's only located in front of the condo at SM Sucat, for only P300 overnight fee.

5. Do not pay through third-party agents. For a safer experience, direct to owner only.

About the Condo: Avida Towers Sucat is a mid-rise residential condo developed by Avida Land, an AyalaLand company. Particularly, you will be staying at one of the latest and upgraded towers called 'The Asturias Lifestyle'.

I've always loved the serene and friendly vibes inside the community, and the busy hustle and bustle of life outside. Today, I decided to share this "best of both worlds" experience to you.
