If you wish to use the pool access, please inform the host during the booking process to secure the pool pass. The rates and schedules are as follows :
-P100/pax/day 6am to 10 pm Tuesdays to Sundays
-Pool is closed on Mondays for weekly maintenance
Only 3 hrs are permitted to use the pool.
24/7 pay parking available at the front of the building (Manhattan Heights), Ali mall beside the Manhattan Building.
Parking rate Php50 for the first 3 hours and Php10 per hour for the succeeding hours.

Other things to note
The security and receptionist in lobby area will require the following requirements upon checking in.
-Valid ID each guest
- Guest Pass ( we provide it for you upon check in)
Check in : 2pm
Check out : 11am
Visitors that are not included in the Guest Pass so they are not allowed to enter the unit. If you wish to invite guests that will stay overnight, please inform the host to issue a Guest pass but additional cost of P300/guest/night. Maximum 4 guests including the booker, 3 years below is FREE No exceptions

Additional Guidelines for a Comfortable Stay**
1. We kindly ask all guests to help keep their room clean and tidy throughout their stay. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!
2. We don’t ask any security deposit so Please take care of the appliances and furniture provided. If any damage, stains, or scratches occur, we may need to discuss additional costs based on the extent of the issue.
3. In the event of lost keys or missing items, we will need to charge for the replacement based on their cost.
4. To maintain the room’s arrangement and comfort, we kindly request that you refrain from moving the furniture.
5. We genuinely appreciate your help in conserving energy and water. Please remember to turn off electric appliances when they’re not in use.
6. When using the kitchen, we kindly remind you to activate the range hood and turn it off once you’re done cooking.
7. We are happy to welcome children! Please ensure their safety and well-being, as we cannot take responsibility for any incidents that may occur.
8. Before checking out, guests must dispose of any garbage in the unit. Please use the service elevator located on B1 for this purpose. Failure to do so may result in an additional fee of 50 pesos.
9. To maintain the plumbing, we kindly ask that you do not dispose of any items in the toilet.
10. We want to clarify that this unit functions more like a condominium rather than a hotel. Thank you for your understanding and for managing your expectations accordingly.
11. Extension of stay may charge 200/hr but subject for approval due to the next guest arrival.
* Keep in mind that we only provide 2 towels per booking.
* for blankets:
since the bed is queen size 2 pax capacity of the blankets.
we provide 1 extra blanket for additional one person, but we need to charge another extra blanket for 40 pesos for laundry purposes.
please understand that we have to extra pay if we have excess for every load in laundry shop,
Basically we need to change all linen, towels and rugs for every guest/ every day 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
*We don’t provide toothbrush and toothpaste so please bring your own
*Basic kitchenwares and cooking tools are provided however you will need to bring your own condiments, spices and cooking oil.
*Drinking water is not provided.
For your convenience, there are supermarket and 711 stores in the front of building.
