At 1178 metres in the midst of rugged nature you will find the ideal starting point for many fantastic excursions on foot or MTB or for a stay of quiet introspection. The property consists of two traditional houses with stone walls. One with kitchen area - dining room and large bedroom upstairs. The other with a small bathroom and a bedroom with a bunk bed above. There is everything you need to make a coffee/tea, cook, and take a hot shower.
All in a sober way.

The space
The vaulted ceiling in the bathroom is rather low, and the furniture is basic. To get to the bathroom, you must first exit (see photo).

For allergy sufferers: as these are old stone and wood houses, the absence of dust can not be guaranteed.

ATTENTION: The outseid stairs do NOT have railings!

Guest access
The road from the village of Villar Pellice is 4.5 km long. The last stretch (1.5 km) is unpaved. Okay for off-road cars, Pandas, etc., but a little bit less for vehicles with low clearance.

Other things to note
There is NO: television, Wi-Fi, stereo or microwave oven. On the other hand, the internet connection on your mobile (4G network) works well.

The tap water is drinkable and excellent.

There are no permanent residents in the hamlet. Chances are you will only see passing hikers and mountain bikers or grazing cows.
