The Stables at PerryBrook Farms, a reimagined horse barn where classic architecture meets refined, modern living with vintage Ralph Lauren–inspired design. Located in Granite Bay, minutes from Folsom Lake and 30 minutes from Sacramento, this one-bedroom retreat sits above our 3-acre working farm. Enjoy a well-appointed kitchen, comfortable living space, beautiful bath, serene pasture and pond views, and curated seasonal experiences.
The space
PerryBrook Farms is an active agricultural property. Guests may encounter uneven ground, wildlife, insects, farm equipment, and ongoing agricultural activity. By booking and staying on the property, guests acknowledge these conditions and agree to use care while on the grounds.
Guest access
Set above the barn, The Stables is accessed via an exterior staircase that leads directly to the attached balcony and entrance. The lawn area in front of the barn extends toward the Adirondack chairs by the pond, offering a peaceful setting to relax and take in the views.
The pond and dock are for viewing only; please do not jump, climb, or engage in unsafe activity around the water. The private residence pool is not part of the guest space. The apiary (beehives), along with seasonal fruit and flower harvesting, may be experienced as part of a scheduled farm experience.
As with any farm environment, natural conditions may include uneven ground, water features, wildlife, insects, and agricultural activity. Guests assume responsibility for their personal safety and should use care while moving about the property.

PerryBrook Farms is a private property designed to offer a quiet and relaxed guest experience. Occasionally, we host small, scheduled farm experiences on the property, limited in size and thoughtfully timed to preserve the overall setting.
If an experience is scheduled during your visit, we’re happy to share details in advance. For those interested, we offer seasonal experiences throughout the year, including wood-fired pizza gatherings, Farm-to-(S)table meals, and guided tours through the orchard, gardens, and apiary. Availability varies, and advance planning is recommended.
