The entire villa and front porch are private. The garden in the back is shared with guests in 3 other villas on the property. The barbecue is also shared with other guests.

2) Tourist tax:
Recent change in the law (Tourism Authority Act):
The Mauritian Government has recently introduced a new Tourist Fee that will be charged as from 1st October 2025. This is a compulsory fee that applies to all tourists visiting Mauritius.

* The Tourist Fee is €3 per person, per night, for all persons 12 years and above.
* It is collected directly by the accommodation provider, on behalf of the government.
[Children under 12 years, Mauritians holding a Mauritian passport, as well as holders of a valid Premium Visa or a valid Residence Permit are exempt.]

We kindly request that this fee be settled either in cash (in Euros) when you check-in or via bank transfer in Euros prior to your arrival, with all bank charges to be borne by the remitter.
