The space
This place was made for gathering! Enter into the open, spacious living room, which flows into the dining room, kitchen, and patio.
In the living room, you’ll find a 75” 4k Roku TV, with seating and lounging for all. It just keeps getting better as you move into the kitchen and dining area. With fully stocked cabinets and plenty of space, everyone can gather around for whatever’s on the agenda. Play a game around the table with seating for 8, make a new or family favorite recipe, or grab snacks at the island with seating for 4.
The kitchen opens up into the backyard, where you can have some fun in the sun (yes, it’s mostly sunny in Mesa, even in winter!) or lounge on the covered patio with a great book in hand. You’ll find a variety of yard games in the storage cabinet - pull those out and have some fun while you grill on the propane BBQ.
After a fun day playing in the backyard or around the cities (Peralta House is located where Mesa, Chandler, and Gilbert all meet and with such easy freeway access, Tempe and Scottsdale are practically in our backyard), turn on the string lights for a magical ambiance as you relax on the patio with a drink in hand and the glow from the propane firepit. Prefer the sound of crackling wood? Opt for the wood firepit instead. (Seasonal 10/1-4/30). We’ve even included the firewood! And the S’mores! And chairs for everyone! (Wood and S'mores are also seasonal because without a wood fire, S'mores just aren't the same!)
Need to do a little work while away? We've provided a dedicated office with desk, chair, and more - all ready to make working away a breeze!
No matter how you chose to spend the day, get comfortable inside as you settle in for the night!
Guest access
Guests will access Peralta House via their own personalized access code. This code is sent prior to check-in and becomes active at check-in time and expires at check-out time.

There are 6 beds in the 4 bedrooms, a fold up twin bed (with memory foam mattress) in the office, and the couch (it's not a sofa sleeper, but a long, deep comfy couch big enough for 2). All linens are supplied for all sleeping options. See below for more details!
