Set in a spectacular neighbourhood with lake views and mountain bike tracks in all directions. Just 8 minutes' drive out of Jindabyne town, and then onwards to the ski resorts.
With a pool table, outdoor chess and table tennis, lux bathrooms, a massive kitchen and plenty of board games, you'll be looking forward to getting back home and unwinding after your day of adventure is over!
The space
Get ready to feel as cosy as a peppermint tea (provided!)
As you enter into the downstairs hall, you'll feel welcomed by the warm heated floor (on throughout winter) beneath your feet, and look up to see the high ceiling and pendant above the open tread staircase.
Take the stairs to find an amazing open plan living area with delightful views from every window, plus radiant heating and air conditioning. There you will find a comfy living area with three sofas, a 65" TV, and a big coffee table to get stuck into some board games after a big day enjoying the region.
You'll also find a fully equipped kitchen, with Smeg appliances including a 90cm oven, and a large island bench perfect for both breakfast rush-hour and preparing a hearty shared meal at the end of your day. There's space for everyone at the 10-seater dining table, plus a classy 8ft pool table for an evening of games.
Enjoy a moment taking a step out on to the upstairs deck for views of rolling hills and farmland out the back, and a large BBQ grill and bar table.
Also upstairs is the master bedroom, with a king size bed, reading nook armchair, TV, record player and hi-fi stereo. The master bathroom contains a luxurious rain shower with amenities provided.
Downstairs you'll find the second bathroom, with full a size bathtub and separate shower, in addition to the separate WC.
There are two more bedrooms downstairs. One has a queen bed, a private deck to the backyard, and a dedicated workspace. The other bedroom has one double bed and two single beds.
Guests have access to the double garage, where you can store your skis, boards and bikes. Next to the garage is a large laundry and drying area, with enough space to hang lots of gear.
Step out into the backyard and you will see a fire pit, picnic bench, outdoor table tennis and outdoor giant chess, giving you plenty of ways to enjoy your time at Peppermint Lodge. Head out the gate, and you could go onwards to explore the local neighbourhood, with lots of options for mountain biking or a wander down to the lake.
