Unbeteable location 70 meters away from beach and 12 km from Malaga city center. 6 pax maximum. Two spacious terraces with sea view where you'll find a chill-out zone, BBQ, outdoor kitchen, fridge, shower, hammocks, sound equipment and a relaxing hot tubi for 2/3 people.
The hot tub is emptied and cleaned after each check-out and must be filled by the guest with a garden hose, if it is to be used.
Main bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom, small bedroom with two single bed and one comfortable divan-bed for two people in the living room. There are big wardrobes, TV, fan and A/C in both bedrooms. TV with Netflix , IP-TV Channels in living room is offered. Hello we are Paco & Tamara El Ático was our place of residence until July/17, and from that date we have it as a vacation rental. We have tried to condition it as a place to enjoy the wonderful climate of Rincon de la Victoria, in fact it is currently equipped for the tenants as we had when we lived in it, enabled with many details to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Rincon de la Victoria is a family and restful place. You can taste from the typical fried and spetos fishing, to any other type of international cuisine in the innumerable establishments of the promenade, which is about 50m from the penthouse and all at a super economic price that has nothing to do with that of the most touristic populations of the Costa del Sol. We are a short walk from the center of Malaga (12km) and very well connected by the highway to get to know all its surroundings. You can't miss villages like Nerja or Frigiliana in the Axarquía area, and others more known as Torremolinos, Fuengirola or Marbella, all very accessible if you rent a car. Nice to welcome you!!! --------- This penthouse was our residence until July 2017. We left the apartment right like it was when we used to live in it. It is full equipped to ensure you a comfortable holidays. It is located in Rincon de la Victoria, 12 km away from Málaga and close to another touristic areas such as Marbella, Torremolinos and Fuengirola. Our apartment is just 50 meters from beachside and sorrounded by restaurants, shops, groceries and all business you may need during your holidays. You will not need a car if you are not up to! It would be a pleasure to welcome you in Attico Rincón!
