You’ll share the bathroom with others.
Ideal for business trips to the Top End, this private bedroom and bathroom are located within a shared three-bedroom apartment in a peaceful, centrally located complex. Guests have access to the kitchen, office workspace and laundry. The secure complex includes parking, a pool and gym facilities, plus beautiful views. A comfortable and convenient base while staying in Darwin.

Private lockable room in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with office that can be utilised as another bedroom with fold out futon/daybed.
Shared living space with owner.
Large balcony with bbq and second fridge.

Guests can utilise all the kitchen and laundry facilities within the apartment.
There is secure off street parking and the pool and gym are also available for guest use.

Other things to note
The majority of the time I am not here, so you have the place to yourself anyway.
I hire professional cleaners and the apartment is “covid cleaned” in-line with air bnb’s cleaning checklist.
