The space
Wake up and have your feet in the sand in a house with all the details designed for your comfort and warmth. Rooms overlooking the sea, private pool with barbecue area and plenty of space on the grass to enjoy.

Details in the decoration, glass windows that make the house super well lit, enhancing the view of the sea in different parts of the house.

The house has two floors:

-On the first floor: large living room with Smart TV with open and closed channels, comfortable sofa, hammocks, large wooden table for meals, kitchen equipped with utensils and furniture, a deck with a private pool, barbecue and a beautiful garden standing in the sand;

Private suite on the ground floor, equipped with a double sofa bed, fan and full bathroom. It is attached to the house, offering privacy and comfort (also ideal as a support suite/staff room).

- the top floor is reserved for four suites, spacious and very comfortable;
1st suite with a double bed overlooking the sea, air conditioning, and dresser to store clothes and objects;
2nd suite with a queen bed overlooking the sea, air conditioning and dresser to store clothes and objects;
3rd suite with two twin beds, air conditioning and chest of drawers to store clothes and objects;
4th suite with two single beds, air conditioning and chest of drawers to store clothes and objects;

We have complete barbecue utensils (except charcoal)

The region:

This region of the north coast is rich in several beaches to visit, trails, waterfalls, and the house is located about 2 km from the center of Maresias.

Close to restaurants and bars, such as "Balada Mix", "Restaurante Terral", "Vero Pizzaria" and supermarkets.

We have 6 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas available in the house.

As it is a very large house, it is very nice to come with a group of friends or family. We can accommodate up to 12 people very comfortably and comfortably.

I will be available for any questions and whatever you need during your stay. With each booking, a whats app group is set up with guests to facilitate, speed up communication and help with whatever is needed.

You will need to give me the full names, RG's, emails, ages of all guests to be authorized at the reception;

One of our co-hosts will welcome you and introduce you to the house upon check in :)

-We have spaces for up to 03 cars;

Your pet is super welcome! :) Please let us know if you are going to bring it!

For TWO PETS, we charge an additional fee of R$150.00 to keep the space always clean and organized;

-If you need the service of bed and bath linen, a separate amount of R$350.00 is charged in which we provide a set of sheets and a towel per guest;
