The space
The house has a living room, a small bedroom, a kitchen, a toilet/bathroom and a hallway.
The bedroom has a 140 cm wide double bed. The living room has two sofa beds. One is a fold-out sofa bed with a single mattress, bed width 160 cm and the other is a single, high-quality, spring-loaded 70 cm wide sofa bed.
In addition, the outbuilding has the possibility to stay in a room connected to the sauna, which has a 160 cm fold-out sofa bed. There is no separate toilet in this space and the main house is certainly a more pleasant space to stay at this stage.
The house is originally a small detached house built in 1930, which we have renovated inside with devotion. We will renovate the outside of the house and the yard whenever we have the right moments.
The outbuilding has an old electric sauna with shower facilities. You can enjoy the sauna, although there are still some imperfections. However, heat and hot water are available, which is the main thing before renovating these facilities. In addition, the sauna window opens to a beautiful field view.
Guest access
The entire property will be at your disposal during your visit.
The private fenced yard is about 1000m², with apple, pear, and plum trees, and some berry bushes. You can pick up as much as you want.
There are two entrances to the house. The back door has access to a small covered deck with a small table group and a gas grill.
The outbuilding has a small garage where you can store bikes, for example. There are also a few bicycles that you can borrow for free. The garage is not in use for parking the car, but there is room for two cars.
At the other end of the outbuilding, there is a small room with a fold-out sofa bed and a sauna.
