Located perfectly steps away from the famous Loiza Street and on McLeary Avenue, right in the heart of Ocean Park. Pearl Apt is located in The Emerald Guest House. This Apt is designed with a modern open concept. The private APT has two bedrooms with King Size Bed, a 50" Smart TV in each, an open closet, and one huge bathroom with his & hers shower. The Emerald has a common kitchen which is the only shared space in the entire house and a beautiful outdoor Koi Pond & deck.

The space
The Pearl Apartment is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. Upon entering your private apartment you will have access to:

An entrance foyer with vintage vibes, this foyer has been decorated with original furniture and artwork of when the house was built in the early 50s.

Afterward, you'll enter the first bedroom with a king-size bed, a 50" Smart TV, and a Twin Size Sofa Bed that can fit an extra adult/child, the bedroom also has an Air Conditioner, a full-body mirror, and black out curtains.

The door to the second bedroom has an open-faced closet with hangers, luggage rack, iron, ironing board, and hairdryer

The second bedroom has a king-size bed, a 50" Smart TV, and a floating reading nook to sit back and relax in the evenings, the bedroom also has an Air Conditioner a full-body mirror, and black-out curtains.

The one bathroom has a standard shower, basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner & shower gel, towels, etc... ), and his & hers shower.

Besides the apartment, which is fully private with its own private entrance, the only shared space is a spacious kitchen that has been designed to comfortably have various guests in it during any moment of the day. A big refrigerator that's divided per apartment, a 4 range stove, kitchen sink, coffee machine, and most of your kitchen essentials needed to cook a meal & complimentary 100% local coffee. We do not offer items like condiments (salt, pepper or seasoning, oil) since these tend to get spoiled quickly if not used due to humidity.

The outdoor garden located in the back of the house has a 12-foot koi pond with live fish + outdoor seating.

Guest access
Access to the property is through a gated door which we will provide you with codes and after from a lockbox will be able to grab the keys to the apartment.

We do have 3 parking spots available on site. Any of these spots can be taken by guests on a first-come-first-serve basis.

You will have a private apartment with a private entrance. Your apartment is 100% for yourself and your party, which includes bathroom, living room, and bedroom.

The Kitchen & Outdoor Garden areas are the only shared spaces, to access these will be outside of your apartment.

Other things to note
The Emerald is a place to sit back and relax, we've created a home where interaction with other guests is always possible through outdoor common grounds. Please look into our House Rules for any information regarding do's & dont's off the property.

The Kitchen is shared between all of my guest, please make sure you clean up after yourself, and leave no mess for the other guest that might want to use it.

The refrigerator is shared between all, each apartment will have its own designated space inside the refrigerator, please respect everyone else items in it. The Kitchen is the ONLY shared space in the house, all apartments are private.

The outdoor garden has a huge live KOI pond, please do not feed these fish. The KOI's are very expensive and only eat special food imported for them, any human food or anything else will mess up their water quality and may kill them. The pond area is heavily secured by cameras at all times, any damage or negligence to the fish will be directed towards the guest and extra cost may be incurred.

Please keep in mind that you are visiting the tropics, summer time tends to be a mosquito & ant season so always come prepared!

Ocean Park is known for its local independent lifestyle. The best part? The beach is just a short 3-4 minute walk away from us. The neighborhood has, within less than a 10-minute wall distance, around 25+ restaurants, 15+ bars, 5 coffee shops, famous bakeries or even running tracks to exercise. Ocean Park is also a short 10 minute drive from the SJU airport and the same distance from Old San Juan or Condado.
