The space
A peaceful retreat for extended families or multiple families. Here you can enjoy hiking, swimming and fishing at the nearby lakes and the Susan River. In the winter enjoy Coppervale Ski Hill a 15 minute drive away.
This house offers plenty of room with 5 bedrooms. There are enough beds to sleep 12 people comfortably. there are two couches downstairs that people can also sleep on. if you want to have 14 people.
*Downstairs Master bedroom-king Bed with a queen/full mattress underneath bed.
*Downstairs bedroom- Queen Bed
*Upstairs Master bedroom-King bed, one side the head and feet raise . This room also has a bunk bed.
*Upstairs bedroom-Full Bed
*Upstairs kids bedroom- Trundle bed that has two twin mattresses.
we also have two roll away twin beds.
Washer, Dryer and detergent for your use.
Enjoy coffee or a great family breakfast on the two decks in the back of the house. Surrounded by beautiful trees. You might see squirrels, deer and lots of birds. ( depending on time of year)
We have a coffee bar featuring, Regular coffee, decaf coffee, tea, hot cocoa, sugar packets, and creamers.
The house is on 2.5 acres.
Home has a big kitchen with a double oven and most appliances you need for cooking. Just bring the food you want.
Bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner and body wash you are welcome to use.
The deck has a fire pit and a BBQ. if there is no propane in the tank you will need to fill it. Also bring Charcoal, lighter fluid and a lighter for the BBQ. (depending on time of year)
Every bedroom has a TV and Roku where you can watch Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus, Peacock and Amazon Prime. We do not have any other TV service.

Enjoy using the whole house. There may be a few closets/cabinets that are locked for owner use only.
Other things to note
We are so excited to have you at our place and hope you have an absolute blast. While you are there we start you out with Shampoo, Conditioner, body wash, napkins, T.P., cleaning supplies, laundry and dish detergent, full coffee bar, and paper towels. if you run out during your stay there is a Walmart about 7 minutes away.
The kitchen has a pretty much everything you need to cook with. Unfortunately things go missing so we may not have something that I thought we had.
We also use Lysol and Bleach spray to clean everything. We have all white sheets so after each guest we are able to wash them all in hot water with soap and bleach. We also wash all the comforters after each guest.
We also have three ring cameras. one is right as you walk in the front door and the other two cameras are on the back two porches. We have them there to watch over the place when it is empty. Or if you are at the front door and need help I can help you. 😊
On the back porch we have a propane fire table and we do not supply the propane. so when you come there may be some in it but if it is empty you can fill it in town.
We have a lot of things at the house you can use but if you run out of something you will need to get it in town. Also if we have extra please don't take it home. thank you. 😊
The most important thing to me is you have a great vacation while at the house!
