This cozy retreat comfortably fits up to 4 guests with two queen beds. Enjoy modern comforts like a full kitchen, Wi-Fi, AC, and a private deck with a firepit. It's the perfect countryside getaway for couples or small families seeking fresh air and open spaces, blending rustic charm with modern amenities for a memorable stay.
The space
Slow down and savor the simple life in our remodeled tiny house, nestled on 80 private acres. This bright, thoughtfully designed retreat blends rustic charm with modern comforts, ensuring a cozy stay no matter the season.
Key Features:
-Climate Control: Mini-split units provide both air conditioning and heat for year-round comfort.
-Living Area: A welcoming space with a leather couch, an accent chair, and a TV equipped with a Roku stick for streaming. High-speed Wi-Fi is included.
-Full Kitchen: Ready for your culinary adventures, featuring a propane cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and toaster oven. We provide all essential cookware, utensils, and spices.
-Sleeping Areas: The home offers two comfortable sleeping areas, each with a queen bed—one on the main floor and another in the cozy loft.
-Bathroom & Laundry: A modern bathroom with a full shower, plus a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.
-Safety: The home is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.
-Outdoor Oasis:
Step outside to enjoy your own private outdoor space. Sip your morning coffee on the spacious deck, cook a meal on the BBQ grill, or spend a lazy afternoon in the hammock with a good book. As evening falls, gather around the firepit for stargazing and enjoy the breathtaking views of the night sky.
Property is located 5 miles from Ponca NE on gravel, weather can affect driving conditions. During rain or snow a 4WD or AWD vehicle is highly recommended
This is a no smoking property, any evidence of smoking will result in $250 cleaning charge
We do have exterior cameras for your, cleaners, and our properties safety

-The entire tiny house interior.
-A spacious deck with a BBQ grill.
-A firepit perfect for stargazing.
-A hammock for relaxing afternoons.
-Check-in is simple and secure with our smart lock self check-in system. Convenient parking is available on the gravel area directly in front of the house.
You are welcome to walk around and explore the beautiful 80-acre property. However, for your safety and to respect our agricultural operations, the gated pastureland rented out for cattle is strictly off-limits.
Other things to note
-Enhanced Cleaning Protocol:Your health and safety are our priority. The property is deeply cleaned and sanitized after every guest. All linens are washed and replaced, and all high-touch surfaces are thoroughly disinfected.
-Other On-Site Rentals: Please be aware that this is one of four beautiful tiny houses on the property. The three closest houses are situated approximately 150 feet from each other. Privacy fences have been installed between the units to give you more seclusion.
