One of the best buildings in Tucacas is Nautilus Park as it has a fairly large pool area with Tobogan. Located diagonal to the Luxor and just 5 minutes from the village of Tucacas. Apto en Planta Baja with terrace overlooking the beach. It does not have a power plant.
ADDITIONAL CHARGE: $2 per person at the entrance. You will be asked for this after you make the reservation. So, that means it's an extra.

The space
Inside the apartment we have Cylindrical Tank for the cases in which the water is going. Two integral air. TV in room 58” currently with fault. 42" Smart TV in the main room. Water dispenser. Electric stove (no oven) equipped with Blender, Microwave, Air Fryer, Coffee Maker and of course pots, pans and dishes. Guests should bring their coffee, sugar, salt and acéite. We put blankets but they are thin, you can bring more and we also recommend to wear sweater and monkey.
Pets are accepted but only inside the apartment. In common areas they will take it out. Inside the apt we only accept 1 or 2 small ones. They must notify us from the beginning.
We include some games for children, in addition to inflatables for adults and young people, they should ask for them upon reaching who gives you the keys.
The appliances are of a very good brand.
The apartment is distributed as follows: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living- dining room, terrace. 2 parking stalls. They must bring their towels. We do not have electric floor inside of the apartment.
1.- Main Room: They have a double bed and a single bed is single and is thin as for young or child. It has a 42" Smart TV and one bathroom. Everything comes with sheets, pillows, and covers.
2.- Double Room: With a queen size bed.
3.- Room with 2 single beds up and a single mat downstairs.
4.- In the living room there are two double couches.
The second bathroom is located in the hallway.
The check-in time is from 2pm to 4pm if you arrive after that time there is a charge of $10, $15 or $20 depending on the time it is, since we are not a hotel and the staff is in the building only until 4pm after that time they charge us extra.
In surveillance you have to pay $2 per bracelet when entering, it is a single payment. This is required in every building in Tucacas. That's the rule, even if security tells you, “It doesn't matter; you don't have to wear the wristbands if you don't want to.” As the owner, I still have to pay for it because the condominium requires it.

We have our own Peñero with personalized service. Boat in optimal condition. More comfortable than what Tucacas has to offer. It has a sound.

If you have never gone to Tucacas you should know that all the apartments and hotels share the same beach in the village, it is water and dark sand. You should also know that most buildings of this large size have 30 years of construction and not all have been recovered, this building as such is a bit noticeable the use and neglect, I mean the painting or the chairs, loungers, umbrellas and pool baths, I give it a 3 of 5. However for the price we offer in a building of this size with one of the largest pools in Tucacas and the one that is closest to the village and passing with tremendous view and exit to the beach I can say with total certainty that it is one of the best in price-quality. If they wanted something luxurious and modern they would definitely have to rent in another building. Our apartments are not 5 stars and much less hotel type, sometimes those who come from other countries or those who come from certain specific cities complain because upon arrival it is not a hotel apartment and that is what they want.
This is a building for families or groups who want something big, close, with a good price and with a departure to the beach, no matter if it doesn't look like a hotel, for people who are going to enjoy.w

Other things to note
The beds are delivered with linen and some blankets. Guests/tenants must bring their towels.
You have to pay for bracelets $2 per person, it is a single payment. This is charged one day before entry. Most buildings in Tucacas charge $5 and even charge extra for using the grill, this is not the case here.
It is not a Resort or 5 Star hotel. We do everything humanly possible to offer the best service. It is not a building suitable for guests with hotel requirements.
Pets are not accepted in the building. An exception is made only if it is small and kept inside the apartment. There is no elevator. To get to the building they must go through a dirt road that if it is rainy season will surely be full of water, but we always pass by a side.
If you arrive after 4pm you will pay an extra $10 for the key lady's taxi. Between 8ppm and 9:30pm it will be $15 and after 9:30pm it will be $20.
