A brand new charming and modern Aparthotel with two bedrooms, one bathroom, living room, and kitchenette. Three block walking distance to the beautiful beaches of Puntarenas and downtown Puntarenas. Next to a recently renovated beautiful park. Wifi and air conditioning included.

Free outdoor parking under the building in reserved spaces--cameras for security.

For our long term tenants, we provide FREE weekly laundry and cleaning services.

480sq foot, two bedrooms, one full bathroom, kitchenette (only for heating and refrigerating food), and living room.

-Host is asthmatic so any smoking will be grounds for cancellation and a $300USD smoke mitigation fee.

-$30USD replacement fee for stained, broken, or missing linens, bedsheets, pillows, pillowcases, towels, etc.

-No noise or loud music after 9:00 pm at night. No parties.
