Flexible check-out time or overtime depends on the availability of the room the next day.
Please advise in advance if you need to extend.
OVERTIME/EARLY CHECK-IN RATE:
Overtime and early check-in are charged at a rate of P100 per hour.

Please settle balance/s in full prior to check-in or stay extensions. Failure to complete as per condo policy will regrettably result to immediate termination of reservation requiring the vacation and clearance of the unit.
