The estate has unparalleled privacy yet is just 2 minutes from Patonga Beach & the iconic Boathouse Hotel. Also nearby, Pearl Beach, another coastal paradise.

The space
This property is set adjacent to pristine national parkland, offering unrivaled privacy with the closest neighboring residence approximately 200 meters away. The home is divided into two levels, with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on each floor.

Please note that the two bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs are only connected to the upstairs area via external stairs. The interior has been tastefully updated with new paint and luxurious new furniture, creating a cosy and inviting atmosphere.

Guests can indulge in the heated magnesium pool with stunning 360-degree views, and unwind in the outdoor panoramic sauna, complete with open-air shower.

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property, including the house, pool, sauna, and surrounding bushland. The estate offers all-weather vehicular access via a concrete-sealed driveway off Patonga Drive, and ample parking is available on-site.

Other things to note
Please be aware that as the house is set in bushland, there are natural hazards such as cliffs. Guests should be careful and stay on the landscaped areas and paths to ensure their safety and children should be accompanied at all times.
