Boasting absolute peace and privacy as well as beautiful treetop and mountain views, this lifestyle acreage is set over an expansive 17. 2 acres, including a dam, with only a short drive to Paterson village.
Open living and dining areas enhanced by a traditional brick fireplace flowing to a long deck overlooking landscaped gardens and lawns.
Six bedrooms make it the perfect getaway for that special event or a weekend with friends and family.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire 17 acre property with the exception of two locked sheds.

Some things to note:
*As we are close to nature, occasionally some of the insects, bugs and wildlife may find their way inside. They are mostly completely harmless and can be easily removed.
*To adhere with SIDS guidelines we only provide a fitted sheet on the cot. If you wish to use any extra bedding in the cot it is at your own discretion and we do not provide this.
