1. Payment Policy: Payment is required immediately upon check-in.
2. Check-in/Check-out:
Check-in: 2:00 PM to 8 PM
Check-out: 12:00 NOON
3. Room Keys: Deposit your room key at the lobby when leaving the premises. Charges apply for lost keys.
4. Occupancy Limit: Standard rooms accommodate two (2) guests. Additional guests incur extra charges.
5. Visitor Policy: Visitors are welcome in the lounge near the lobby, but are not permitted inside guest rooms.
6. No Smoking: Our Guest House is smoke-free. Smoking inside rooms is prohibited, and charges apply for violations. A designated smoking area is available in the parking lot.
7. Prohibited Items in Rooms: Cooking, candles, and flammable materials are prohibited for safety reasons.
Banned Items: Please do not bring the following onto the premises: Animals, Objects emitting foul odors
Explosives, gunpowder, oils, Unregistered firearms or swords, Illegal drugs.
8. Conduct: Gambling and activities against good morals or causing annoyance are prohibited.

10. Valuables: Secure your valuables; the Guest House is not liable for lost belongings.
11. Room Inventory: Items like pillows, blankets, and towels are for use during your stay only. Please do not remove them.
12. Damaged Items: Stained towels and beddings will incur charges.
13. Late Checkout: Checkout is before 12 PM. Late checkout requests should be made at reception. They are subject to availability and additional charges.
14. Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
