Parkway Chalet is a brand-new modern A-frame tucked in the woods just off the Blue Ridge Parkway between mile markers 170–171. This stylish mountain retreat features soaring ceilings, large windows, a gas stove, fully equipped kitchen, king primary suite, loft with bunk nook, and expansive deck with grill and fire pit. Walk to Villa Appalaccia Winery and Rocky Knob National Rec Area.

Drive 1.5 miles to Chateau Morrisette, and enjoy easy access to Floyd, hiking, music, and mountain views.

The space
Parkway Chalet is a thoughtfully designed, modern A-frame with an open, light-filled layout and soaring ceilings. The main level features a comfortable living area with gas stove, dining table for six, and a fully equipped kitchen built for real cooking. The primary king suite is located downstairs with a private bath and deck access. Upstairs offers a spacious loft with games and TV, a custom bunk nook, and an additional queen bedroom with its own en-suite bath. Outside, enjoy an expansive deck, grill, and fire pit surrounded by trees for a private mountain escape.

Guest access
Check-in is easy with keyless entry. The entrance code will be provided prior to arrival. Ceiling fans are controlled by remotes located near the light switches. This home is ideal for families, couples, or small groups seeking a peaceful mountain escape with modern amenities in a truly special setting.
