Welcome to Parkside Den, a private forest retreat created for guests who appreciate clean non toxic living, thoughtful design and genuine quiet.
Set near the Delaware River and several public lakes, the cabin is focused on wellness and comfort. Enjoy organic Avocado mattresses, HEPA-purified air, AquaTru filtered water, Branch Basics, Public Goods, Purity Coffee and non-toxic products throughout.
Outside, unwind in your private sauna, gather around the firepit or relax beneath the trees.
The space
Parkside Den is a modern Catskills cabin near several public lakes and the Delaware River, designed for guests who want clean air, thoughtful design and real quiet.
The black, Den Outdoors-designed cabin sits on a peaceful cul-de-sac surrounded by trees, with oversized windows that let the forest in year-round. Inside, the layout is open and easy. There’s a proper wood-burning stove, a warm leather sofa and a dining table made for actual dinners and board games.
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home, with an induction cooktop, oven, sharp knives, real cookware, pantry basics, Purity Coffee, curated tea and AquaTru filtered water. It’s set up for slow mornings and proper meals.
The bedrooms are calm and simple, with organic Avocado mattresses, quality linens, blackout shades and quiet forest views. The bathroom includes a deep soaking tub overlooking the trees and a spacious walk-in shower with hot water from the well. HEPA air purifiers and non-toxic products are used throughout the home, so it feels fresh without feeling pretentious.
There’s also a small workspace nook with natural light, a mudroom entry for coats and outdoor gear, and a stacked washer and dryer for longer stays.
Outside, you’ll find a private deck, landscaped yard, firepit, BBQ and an electric sauna. Several public lakes and Delaware River access points are within a 10–15-minute drive, offering opportunities for paddleboarding, kayaking and swimming. In winter, nearby trails and ski areas make the area just as appealing.
Guests have private access to the entire cabin and property, including the indoor living spaces, outdoor seating areas, grounds and parking.
Whether you’re visiting for hiking, lake days, fall foliage, skiing or simply a quiet weekend in the woods, Parkside Den offers a clean, modern retreat in the Catskills.

The cabin is located on a quiet residential cul-de-sac, so we ask guests to be considerate of our neighbors and observe the posted quiet hours.
A few clearly marked cabinets are reserved for owner and housekeeping supplies, and the attic is not accessible to guests.
The wood-burning stove and firepit must never be left unattended. Please make sure all fires are fully extinguished before going to bed or leaving the property.
Swimming, kayaking and paddleboarding at nearby public lakes and river access points are at your own risk. Life jackets are provided with our inflatable paddleboards and are strongly recommended whenever you are on the water.
Wildlife is part of the Catskills experience. Depending on the season, you may see deer, birds, insects or other animals. Please never approach or feed wildlife, and do not leave food outside.
Winter guests should expect occasional snow and ice. The driveway is plowed, but AWD or 4WD is strongly recommended during winter storms.
