Welcome to Parkside Den, a private forest retreat designed for guests who value clean living, thoughtful aesthetics, and a serene environment.

Nestled near the shores of Mohican Lake, the home is curated for wellness and comfort. We’ve paired organic Avocado mattresses, HEPA-purified air, and AquaTru filtered water with premium Purity Coffee and non-toxic products throughout.

Outside there is a landscaped garden and Adirondack chairs with a firepit to unwind and enjoy the mountain air.

The space
Parkside Den is a modern Catskills cabin near multiple Lakes and the Delaware river designed for guests who want clean air, thoughtful design, and real quiet.

The black-clad Den Outdoors designed cabin sits on a peaceful cul-de-sac and is surrounded by trees, with oversized windows that let the forest in year-round. Inside, the layout is open and easy. There’s a proper wood-burning stove, a warm leather sofa, and a dining table made for actual dinners and board games.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home, with an induction cooktop, oven, sharp knives, real cookware, pantry basics, Purity Coffee, curated tea, and AquaTru filtered water. It’s set up for slow mornings and proper meals.

The bedroom is calm and simple, with organic Avocado mattresses, quality linens, blackout shades, and quiet forest views. The bathroom includes a deep soaking tub overlooking the trees and a spacious walk-in shower with hot water from the well. HEPA air purifiers and non-toxic products are used throughout the home it feels fresh without feeling pretentious.

There’s also a small workspace nook with natural light, a mudroom entry for coats and lake gear, and a stacked washer and dryer for longer stays.

Outside, you’ll find a private deck, landscaped yard, fire pit, BBQ, and an electric sauna. Mohican Lake is just minutes away, with easy access for paddle boarding, or a swim. In winter, nearby trails and ski areas make it just as appealing.

Private access to the entire cabin and property, including indoor living spaces, outdoor seating areas, grounds, and parking.

Whether you’re visiting for hiking, lake days, fall foliage, skiing, or simply a quiet weekend in the woods, Parkside Den offers a clean, modern retreat in the Catskills.

Other things to note
The cabin is located on a quiet residential cul-de-sac. Please be respectful of our neighbors.

A few clearly marked cabinets are sealed for owner and housekeeping supplies, and the attic area is not accessible to guests.

The wood-burning stove and fire pit should never be left unattended. Please ensure all fires are fully extinguished before going to bed or leaving the property.

Lake use with paddle boards and swimming are at your own risk. Life jackets are provided and strongly recommended.

Wildlife is part of the Catskills experience. You may see deer, birds, insects, or other animals depending on the season. Please do not leave food outside.

Winter guests: snow and ice are common. The driveway is plowed, but AWD or 4WD is recommended during storms.
