Park House is a thoughtfully updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath home designed for couples, friends, and small families who want to be close to everything while still having a private space to truly unwind. With a fenced backyard, year round hot tub, game room, and firepit, this home is just as enjoyable at night as it is during the day.

The space
Our fully fenced backyard is every guests favorite spot! Designed for year round enjoyment, you’re invited to relax under the string lights in the hot tub, enjoy dinner alfresco on the propane grill, or gather around the firepit on cooler evenings with hot cocoa and s’mores. The yard is private, cozy, and perfect for winding down after a day in town.

Park House is 100 percent pet friendly with no pet fees, so your furry friends are always welcome to join you.

We take game night seriously! Brings your friends and enjoy the game room in the converted garage with ping pong and space to hang out. You will also find outdoor games available in the backyard, making it easy to enjoy friendly competition both inside and out.

The living room is warm and inviting, with a large sectional sofa and plenty of seating to curl up and enjoy your favorite streaming services after a day out exploring Gilbert. Natural light, soft textures, and a relaxed layout make it easy to settle in and feel at home.

Our full kitchen has been completely remodeled and features butcher block countertops, updated appliances, and plenty of storage. Whether you are cooking dinner at home or just grabbing a quick bite before heading out, the space is functional and well equipped. Coffee lovers will appreciate having both a drip coffee maker and an espresso machine, perfect for slow mornings or that extra caffeine boost before a day out.

The primary bedroom features a king size bed with what might be the best night’s sleep we have ever had on a mattress. It also includes an attached en suite bathroom with a walk in shower.

The guest bedroom offers a queen bed with a plush mattress and easy access to the guest bathroom located just across the hall, complete with a tub shower. Both bedrooms are comfortable, quiet, and thoughtfully furnished.

The location truly sets Park House apart. You are just a few blocks from downtown Gilbert, making it incredibly easy to walk or bike to some of the area’s best restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and nightlife. Whether you are planning a foodie weekend, a concert night, or a relaxed getaway, everything is right outside your door.

With easy access to major roads and a quick drive to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, Park House is perfectly positioned for both convenience and fun.
