Located within the so-called "La Piedra Plot", at km 28.5 of Route P22, 1 km south of Llico, on the way to Punta Lavapie. A space surrounded by nature, forest, hill, sea and farm animals; in front of Llico beach and minutes from local gastronomic offerings.

The space
The accommodation is a house with a living/dining room and an integrated kitchen; it has a wood fireplace, 2 sofa beds (1 1/2 places), a TV and internet. It has a bathroom equipped with a built-in shower and a master bedroom with a king bed, closet, desk, chairs, and an optional crib/co-sleeper for children under 2 years of age.
Outside there is a backyard with chairs and a charcoal grill with a lid. In front of the covered terrace, with 1 table and 4 deckchairs; in addition to a tub with hot water (wood-fired) for 3 people, all overlooking the beach of Llico and Bahía de Arauco.
