Paraiso da Prainha is a unique experience in Arraial do Cabo!
Wake up facing the fabulous view of the turquoise blue sea of Prainha, with the silence and privacy of this spectacular accommodation.

The space
Our little house is below street level, making its location privileged, both for privacy and proximity to the sea. (The space is not shared).
We don't have a garage, but our guests usually park on a dead-end street in front of the gate.
From the gate to our house, there are 52 steps.
There is also a security guardhouse near the gate, where a guard usually stays, making sure to prevent construction in the environmental protection area, which begins just after the entrance to our house.
The house has a huge balcony facing the sea with a hammock and futons (this balcony has no guardrail), as well as an outdoor area with a shower, portable barbecue, tank and place to hang small items of clothing.
On the inside of the house, we have a spacious environment where there is a comfortable double bed (bed linen, pillows and towels are included in your reservation), a retractable sofa bed for two people, a small table with two stools and an incredible view of the sea at Prainha. We also have a full kitchen with a cooktop stove, oven, frost-free duplex refrigerator, coffee maker and all the basic kitchen items: pots, glasses, cups, plates, cutlery and a thermos. We do not have a water filter, but we leave a complimentary 1.5l bottle of water for all reservations.
Our TV is modern and easy to use. It is a 43" LG smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and GloboPlay, with Première channels and movies, all already logged in.
The split air-conditioning is brand new and can make this loft very cool if you want. Days and nights are usually very cool due to the proximity of the sea.
There is 1 cooler that can be taken to the beach.
The bathroom is complete, with an electric shower.
Your clothes can be stored in small closets and hangers that are on both sides of the bed.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the house (the space is NOT shared) and can park their car behind a guardhouse in front of the house gate.

Our house is in Morro da Prainha, on a steep slope, approximately 300 meters from the beach. There is no direct access to the beach from the house: to get to Prainha, you have to go down the hill and walk two blocks.

The location of the house is safe and relatively isolated. There are neighbors on the right and left sides.

From the house, it is possible to reach (on foot or by car) other beaches, such as Praia dos Anjos, Praia Grande, Prainhas do Pontal do Atalaia and Praia do Forno. Those who are on foot and want to visit more distant beaches can also hire the taxi boat service.

For those who want to visit Cabo Frio and Búzios, there are buses departing from Arraial do Cabo to these cities daily.

The distance from the Arraial do Cabo bus station to our house is 1.2 km and approximately 5 minutes by car, taxi, Uber or motorcycle taxi. It is possible to arrive on foot, considering that the house is on an uphill slope and arriving with luggage can be tiring. It is also down there that the bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants and shops are located.

Commerce (markets, bakeries, banks, lotteries, restaurants): The city center, where commerce in general is concentrated, is within walking distance of the house, less than 1 kilometer. About 13 minutes on foot.

STEEP CLIMB The house is in the middle of a hillside. You can climb it on foot, but it requires some effort.

ACCESSIBILITY: Our house is not accessible for people with disabilities or mobility difficulties. Access to the house is via a 52-step staircase.

CHILDREN: The house may not be safe for young children. The balcony, which has no guardrail, is about 2.5 meters above the ground. However, the balcony is very wide and the possibility of falling is small with supervision.

PETS: *Your pet is welcome if it is trained to do its necessities outside the house.

WATER SAVING: Throughout the Lake District, attention must be paid to water waste. Water saving is paramount.

Our little house faces the city's main beach, Prainha. Close to the Center, it is possible to access shops, beaches and markets on foot. One must consider the steep climb to the house. Motorcycle taxis and taxis are available for those who do not like or cannot make the effort.
