The paradise lakes resort community consists of 71 acres in a gated community where you can enjoy being nude anywhere inside the gates. The Paradise Lakes Resort Club is the central item within our community and contains 6 pools, a sports bar, a night club, restaurant, gym, volleyball (sand and water), Pickelball and has various daily & nightly activities. You would be responsible for day fees to use the amenities inside of the resort.

NO CATS ALLOWED, OWNER HAS ALLERGIES TO CAT DANDER. SMALL DOGS ONLY UNDER 35 POUNDS. WE MUST RESTRICT THE SIZE OF DOG TO JUST 30 POUNDS. YOU MUST CRATE YOUR DOG WHEN YOU LEAVE THE CONDO. YOUR DOG MUST BE ON A LEASH ANY TIME OUTSIDE THE CONDO. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED BY YOUR PET BEYOND NORMAL WEAR & TEAR.

A REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS COLLECTED WHEN YOU ARRIVE. SHOULD EXTRA HOUSEKEEPING BE REQUIRED FOR ANIMALS THAT SHED IT WILL BE CHARGED
