Guest access
You’ll have full private access to the cottage and surrounding three acres. At times, the owners may be on the property for maintenance, but your space and privacy will always be respected.

Other things to note
• The property is gated and accessed via a private drive. Gate and door codes are provided prior to arrival.
• Exterior security cameras are installed at the front of the home and facing outward from the back porch toward the property for guest safety. There are no interior cameras.
• The cottage is located in a peaceful, rural setting. Cell service can be limited depending on your provider. We recommend downloading directions before arrival.
• At times, the owners may be on the acreage for routine maintenance, but we respect guest privacy and will not intrude on your stay.
• Extended stays are welcome. For long-term reservations, utilities may be the responsibility of the guest.
