Cozy up next to the wood-burning fireplace while enjoying over 150+ movies on our large screen TV. Listen to your favourite soulful sounds from wireless speakers located throughout the house. Or soak in your own private Hot Tub and relax underneath the twilight stars.
If adventure is what you seek, Paper Planes Cottage offers access to numerous exciting terminals. The Cottageclub Community Centre is just a short 10-minute walk away. There, soak in the outdoor hot tub or swim in the indoor pool while breathing in the picturesque views of the Rocky Mountains.
Every amenity inside the Cottageclub Community Centre is at your disposal. Get toasty inside the library with a new book and a warm cup of cocoa. Enjoy a tasty slice from the pizza oven. Fire up the BBQ after a full day of boarding on the mountain or sip a cold beverage and sunshine on the spacious patio.
At Cottageclub, you and your guests will also have access to Ghost Lake Water Front featuring your own private beach and boat launch and endless outdoor activities including ice fishing, skating, walking trails, and cross country skiing.

We would love nothing more for you to enjoy everything Paper Planes Cottage has to offer without having to pay the penalty of misuse and negligence of the hot tub. Please take a moment to read the following Don’ts, Waiver of Liability and follow the top 3 most important but simple rules below:
1. Don’t Squeeze the sponge (releasing trapped oils and bacteria into the water)
2. Do add 2 tablespoons of shock to the water after each use
3. Take the floating dispenser out of the hot tub
WAIVER OF LIABILITY FOR HOT TUB:
By booking Paper Planes Cottage guest accepts the below waiver for using the hot tub for themselves, everyone staying at the house and for any visitors of the guest who might use the hot tub and in consideration of facilities provided by the host, I expressly agree and contract, on behalf of myself, my guests, my family and friends accompanying me, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, that property owners and their heirs, servants, agents, contractors, and employees, shall not be liable for any damages arising from personal injuries (including death) sustained by me, or my guest in, on, or about the premises, or as a result of the use of the equipment, Cottage Club facilities and private hot tub, regardless of whether such injuries result, in whole or in part, from the negligence of the host, cleaners or co-host. By the execution of this agreement, I accept and assume full responsibility for any and all injuries, damages (both economic and non-economic), and losses of any type, which may occur to me or my guest, and I hereby fully and forever release and discharge the property owners and their heirs, servants, agents, contractors, and employees, from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, present or future, whether the same be known or unknown, anticipated, or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out the use of said facilities. I expressly agree to indemnify and hold the property owners and their heirs, servants, agents, contractors, and employees, harmless against any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, of any person or entity, that may arise from injuries or damages sustained by me or my guest. I agree to be solely responsible for safety and well being of my guest and myself. I understand that the host does not provide supervision, instruction, or assistance for the use of the hot tub.
The tenant understands that there are special risks involved in the use of a hot tub. Tenant is aware there are potential dangers to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as any person using the hot tub too long or if a person has health risks, is intoxicated, using any kind of drugs or medication, or is pregnant. Children under the age of 12 years old are not permitted to use the hot tub.
Tenant agrees that he/she is responsible and liable for any damages that occur to the hot tub through their or their guest's misuse or negligence. Should Tenant or Tenant’s guests contaminate the water with glass, lotion, sunscreen, liquids or suntan lotion by not abiding by the rules, Tenant agrees to an additional charge of $341.25 to cover the cost to drain, clean and refill the tub and remediate the contamination to the filtering system. If at any time there is a service call to correct chemical imbalances there is an additional charge of $50.00 per a call out. In consideration of my anticipated stay, I agree, intending to be legally bound hereby, that the property owners and their heirs, servants, agents, contractors, and employees shall not be liable for my injury or death, or the injury or death of my invited guests. This Disclosure and Waiver of Liability is incorporated into the Terms and Conditions of my contract through Airbnb
I agree to conduct myself in a controlled and reasonable manner at all times, and to refrain from using the hot tub in a manner inconsistent with its intended design and purpose. I understand and acknowledge that the use of hot tub involves risk, including permanent disability and death. By booking the house I agree to comply with the above release of responsibility for the use of hot tub to the property owners and their heirs, servants, agents, contractors, and employees.
