To ensure the best experience for our guests, there are a few additional details we’d like you to be aware of:
+ Check-In/Check-Out Times: Check-in is available from 2 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. If you require flexibility with these times, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate.
+ Moroccan Couples or Mixed Couples with a Moroccan Partner: A copy of the marriage certificate and IDs are required to confirm the reservation for Moroccan couples or mixed couples with a Moroccan partner at least 48 hours before check-in. Failure to provide these documents will result in the cancellation of the reservation, in accordance with local authorities' laws.
+ Accessibility: Please note that the penthouse is located atop an 18th-century Riad and will require navigating stairs. This may be a consideration for guests with mobility issues.
+ Parking: Public parking is available within a 3-minute walk from the penthouse.
+ Local Customs and Practices: As the penthouse is located in the Old Medina, we encourage guests to be mindful and respectful of local customs and neighborhood practices.
+ Wi-Fi and Technology: High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the penthouse. However, as with any technology, there may be rare and brief interruptions in service.
+ Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment for all, we kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.
