1. Strictly no smoking (only at balcony area allowed)
2. Strictly no dumping garbage outside of the house door.
3. Strictly no loud noise in the house.
4. Strictly no group gathering/party.
5. Strictly no drugs abused.
6. Strictly no pets allowed.
7. Durians are not allowed in the house.
8. Quiet time from 9pm onwards.
9. Please close the door properly when leaving.
10. Switch off all electrical when leaving.
11. Don't trash up the place.
12. Must wear proper swimming attire to pools at least jersey or nylon based.
13. Don't place anything in front of the front door.
14. Be puncture during check in/check out.
15. Strictly no heavy cooking allowed

Please double check and take all your personal belongings, lock the door and switch off all electrical before you leave.

【CARPARK】
One parking lot provided, please do let us know in advance min 2days before if need more parking.

【REGISTERATION】
Please provide Name, Car Number & number of pax who coming to stay in the room before check in, we need submit to building management and let you verify while entering the guard house, after verified only can enter.

【LONG TERM STAY】
We provide free cleaning service once per month, if required more than 1x per month, will charge rm60 per visit, We required rm300 security and excess, will refund once checkout, we only cover electrical bill rm300 per month, any excess will charge back to guest,
