The sunroom, with expansive picture windows overlooking the water, features a king-size pull-out sofa and a copper card table, and can be closed off for privacy.

Guest access
You will have private and exclusive access to the entire single-level home and its amenities. This includes all bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, living areas, sunroom, game room, and the private backyard with its patios and direct lake access. Access to the garage/game room will be provided via a separate code at check-in.
Please note that one closet in the master bathroom is locked for owner storage and is not accessible to guests.

Please be mindful that the property is located on a canal with direct, unfenced access to the main body of water. Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their children at all times.
Use of the property and its amenities, including the lake and kayaks, is at your own risk.
Family Amenities: For those traveling with little ones, a standard porta crib is provided for your use and is located in the master bedroom closet.
Sunroom has it own air conditioning unit for that room, rest of house is central air conditioning.
