Welcome to the Palms Pad! Flooded with natural light, this four-bedroom modern architectural masterpiece offers both privacy and indulgence. An entertainer’s paradise, guests are free to enjoy a sparkling pool and hot tub, expansive rooftop deck with an outdoor chef’s kitchen and fire pit, a wine cellar, garage gym, sauna and putting green. Featuring a towering Bearbrick wall, funky local art and an arcade room with full-sized retro games, the Palms Pad is as unique as it is luxurious
The space
Experience true privacy and serenity in this fully-gated Savant smart home equipped with an in-home sound system, security system, automatic window shades, heated floors and more. Guests can relax in the home’s four perfectly-appointed bedrooms and multiple lounging areas, or work remotely from a stunning workspace with sweeping views of the pool deck below.
