Welcome to our garden residence that is located in the historic centre of Lucignano with breathtaking views over the Val di Chiana. A terrace leads off the dining room and is the perfect place to enjoy aperitivo.

The exclusive use private garden has a dining table under a pergola and a loggia with an outdoor lounge. Refresh in summer with an outdoor shower. It is located only a few steps from restaurants and an excellent local supermarket.

The space
The Palazzo was lovingly refurbished in 2023 to highest standards of design whilst preserving the historic character and frescos of the spaces. The bedrooms are both unique and exude luxury with bathrooms reminiscent of a five-star hotel.

The kitchen is a cook's dream with dual ovens, Berkel knives and Lagostina cookware. Tuscany is known for truffles, porcini mushrooms, prosciutto, pecorino and Chiana Beef. Enjoy preparing dinner with a glass of Chianti overlooking the olive trees and the valley below.

You are spoilt for places to enjoy aperitivo as the terrace overlooks the valley with views of Cortona and Montepulciano. The garden has a loggia with outdoor lounge, which is the perfect place to relax overlooking the sunny garden, featuring a well and an ancient olive tree. Meals can be enjoyed in the exquisite, frescoed dining room, under the pergola in the garden or in the shade of the loggia.

The lounge is the perfect room to read, relax or to ponder which Super Tuscan wine to enjoy next. If you need to catch up on emails, we do have a study that flows into a TV room which has a LG smart TV.

The bedrooms both exude character with modern design and each feature an en-suite with toilet, bidet, shower and freestanding bathtub and cotto floors. The valley room has a king bed and a bathtub on the mezzanine level under the arches overlooking the valley with dual Julliette balconies.

The vaulted bedroom has exposed brick vaults that were carefully restored and a huge fireplace that was once the original kitchen of the Palazzo. The king bed in this room can we separated into two king singles if required.

The apartment contains a guest bathroom and separate laundry with a washer and dryer.

Lucignano is a wonderful town with a great little supermarket, three bars and six restaurants. All these amenities are within an easy walk from the front door.

Wonderful day trips are all within a short drive:

My husband and I live in Brisbane, Australia and fell in love with Lucignano and its people. We spent over 12 months restoring every detail of the Palazzo to create a unique, spacious, modern and luxurious space in the historic centre.
