・ According to Japanese business law, we must collect information from all customers staying at our house; copy of passport, full name, current address, occupation.
If we are denied all the information mentioned before, we cannot either send check-in guide or accept your stay. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

★ Extra towels or sheets will be charged.
★ You can drop off your luggage after 12pm.
・ Late check-out is available at an extra cost (2000 yen per hour). However, late check-out requests should be communicated to us 2 days before your check-in date. If so, we may not be able to accept your request based on the availability of the room.
・ Late check-out without consent will incur an additional fee (6000 JPY per hour).
・ After check-out, extra cleaning fees and other fees (from 4,000 JPY) are required for messy rooms.
・ Large garbage will require an additional 3,000 yen or more.
・ Damage/loss of items requires extra charge. The amount of the fee may include the cost of the item, as well as personnel costs, postage, etc., in addition to the amount of the item.
・ The cost of losing the room key is 20,000 yen or more. Please make sure not to bring the keys when you check out.
・ No smoking in the room. The smell of cigarette is so hard to remove. Some sensitive guests may want to choose another accommodation due to the smoke issue. You may be required to pay a fine for items and things affected by smoking-related incidents.
・ In case of emergency, facility maintenance, etc., staff may need to enter the room. We will let you know in advance, but please note that we may have to enter the room regardless of your consent.
