This room has been newly renovated on the third floor of a long-established company's building.
There are no residents other than guests, so you can enjoy a private space.

The entire third floor of the warehouse is exclusively for our guests. Feel free to chat on the large sofa placed in the center or enjoy some quiet time in your private rooms. We kindly request the cooperation of all guests in creating a comfortable environment for everyone. Please refrain from touching any notices that request non-use.
Additionally, please be aware that, with prior notice, staff may enter the rooms for checks or maintenance. Thank you for your understanding.

・According to the Japanese Business Law, we must receive the information from all of the customers who stay at our house; Copy of passport, Full name, Current address, Occupation.
In case we are denied to submit all information mentioned before, we cannot either send a check-in guide or accept your stay. Thank you very much for your understanding.

★Extra use of towels or lines will be charged.
★From 12 pm you can drop your luggage.
・Extra charge (2000yen/1hr) for Late checkout. However, a late check out request should be notified 2 days before your check in day. If done so, yet, we may not be able to accept your request depending on the vacancy of the room.
・Extra charge for late check out without consent. (6000yen/1hr)
・Additional cleaning fee plus other expenses for the task to be completed for the messy room after check out (4000yen~)
・Bulky garbage will be an extra three thousand yen or more.
・Extra charge for the damage / loss of items. The amount of the fee may be personnel expenses, postages and others in addition to the amount of the item(s).
・Loss of room key is 20000yen~. Please make sure not to take the key with you as you check out.
・Please do not smoke in the room. The smell of cigarettes is so hard to remove. Some sensitive guests would wish to move to another accommodation because the smell remains. Penalty fee may be asked for the items and things that were affected due to the smoking related events.
・Staff may enter the room in case of emergency, maintenance of the facilities etc. You will be notified before, but please know we might have to enter the room regardless of your agreement.
