PACA is a special accommodation: a traditional Asturian Cottage completely restored in 2013, 15 min. far by car from beautiful beaches and Gijon/Oviedo city town; with 1 ha land , gardens and orchard you can enjoy. Its «architects»: Virginia and Giovanni, who moved from Florence to create this space.Giovanni is a restorer of works of art, Virginia, artist and teacher. For this reason, whoever comes to PACA, will find a a house «ad art».

The space
«We have restored everything that could be saved, we have put all our love and knowledge in giving new life to this great country house». whoever comes to PACA, will find a house a bit in the Tuscan style, a house «ad art»: mural paintings created by Virginia cover ceilings and walls in the rooms, they are unique works; also the floors have been restored or decorated by them.

The house has a living room and kitchen in "open space" and a toilet on the ground floor, with access to a private terrace and 4 bedrooms (1 double with full private bathroom, 2 doubles and one single), two full bathrooms on the first plant and attic. All bright rooms with large windows. It has a barbecue on the private terrace, as well as gardens and a field (1 ha of land) where you can enjoy, make meals, lie in the sun or play with the little ones in the family. We have a vegetable garden and orchard, if they wish our guests can enjoy some seasonal products. There is also a panera, llagar and a bread oven.

In an independent area of the cottage, Virginia and Giovanni have their art studio. For this reason, those who come to PACA, if they wish, can carry out different activities related to agriculture and food or follow some art workshops
