Unwind in 117 acres of private, manicured woodlands and soak up the sun at your own pool and spa, this exclusive retreat has it all. "The Entire Ranch" is the ultimate in privacy and includes both "The Main House & Pool" + "The Coach House". We are close enough to escape for a day-trip but far enough to get lost in nature

The space
Leave the Bay Area for your exclusive retreat and arrive at this 117 acre jewel known as Owl Moon Ranch. Ideally located about 1 hour and 30 minutes from the Golden Gate Bridge and 25 minutes from Sonoma County, Owl Moon Ranch is easily accessible from the City.

Approach: Through the ranch gates you traverse the meticulously manicured oak and manzanita woodlands as the land reveals a gorgeous open meadow. Continuing through the grassland, you pass the 1/2 acre fenced lavender field and arrive at the private residence. The views from the house are dramatic and look directly east head-on at Duncan Peak and the Hopland Valley below.

Luxury: The custom-built home features a chef's kitchen, private pool and spa, large main suite with walk-in shower and tub, a spacious walk-in closet, bunk room, open beam ceilings, and coach house for additional guests. Sit out on the deck and enjoy wine country living at its best.

All 117 acres are yours to explore and enjoy. This includes fenced-in areas such as the lavender garden, fern garden, orchard, and main garden. For the safety of deer and other wild animals please close all gates immediately upon entry and exit - they have been inadvertently trapped in as little as 3 minutes!

Owl Moon Ranch boasts over 3 miles of hikes and trails. Please respect the wild nature of this land. Unmarked hazards may exist. Please exhibit caution around the perennial ponds.

Owl Moon Ranch is a working ranch, so please do not touch or use any farming equipment or tools - this includes vehicles, power and hand tools, seeds and fertilizer. Please do not enter the open-faced barn containing the tractor and implements. The 40' steel shipping container and attached vehicle awning is also off-limits.
