Also included is a full kitchen, AC, heater, desk, Smart TV, deck with a view, and very fast WIFI! Over the Oaks! VIEW! Perfect for families or small groups!

The space
The home sits above a grove of coast live oaks that are over 400 years old — pre-dating the state of California by over a century. From the upstairs deck, you look out over the canopy at treetop level. In the morning the light filters through the leaves. In the evening the oaks glow gold. It's the kind of view that makes you stop whatever you're doing. Thousand Oaks took its name from trees exactly like these.

This is a complete 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom home on two levels, 960 sq ft, in one of the safest cities in America. Thousand Oaks consistently ranks among the safest cities in the United States for cities over 100,000 people — and this neighborhood is exactly as peaceful as that sounds. Perfect for families, remote workers, and couples who want quiet without sacrificing convenience.

Guest access
Please park in the driveway unless your vehicle drips oil, then please park on the street. The garage is locked and not for guest use.

Other things to note
Absolutely no smoking of any kind!!! The city's quiet hours begin at 9 PM. Please move your conversations to that time inside, as our neighbors may need to work in the morning. The front door has a Ring doorbell camera, which only faces the street. A clear, identifiable image of yourself is required when a booking occurs, as those who host need to know who they are inviting into their homes. Thank you, and we look forward to providing you with a five-star stay :)

The property has 2 cameras located at the front of the house, which are pointed at the parking/street. The cameras will be recording during reservations.
