Located in the recently-completed Eden Green apartment complex, Our Place is a modern one-bedroom apartment with its own private patio and garden. We do not have off-street parking or parking in available in the building garage.
A short stroll from Our Place is Mount Eden Village, full of cafes, restaurants, and specialty stores. Or you are just 2km from the new Westfield Newmarket shopping mall and 5km to Auckland CBD if you’re keen for shopping and more dining choices.
The space
Our Place features modern furnishings – there's a super comfy Queen Bed, an Ikea sofa which slides out into a double bed, 55” Smart TV complete with Netflix, unlimited Wi-Fi, outdoor furniture on the patio and one of only a handful of apartments in the complex with a HeatPump.
The kitchen is equipped with essential amenities, including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and double hob for guests to cook. We provide salt, pepper, oil, sugar, tea and coffee for you to use.
We have included our favourite luxury items for you to enjoy during your stay, including Glow Lab body wash, hand wash and shampoo; Will & Able cleaning products; Whittakers chocolate and T2 Teas.
We love Our Place and are so proud of what we’ve created. We hope our guests will love it too and ask you to take care of this special space, respect the apartment, our furniture and our neighbours. Please note we do not allow parties at Our Place, and guests must not make loud noise during the building’s “Quiet-Time” of 11:00PM to 7:00PM.

There is paid parking along Edwin Street and surrounding streets - please refer to parking signage for rates and hours.
We offer self check-in for our guests using a digital Lockbox. Check-in is available from 2pm, with check-out by 10am, to allow our external cleaning company time to prepare Our Place for our guests.
Guests have use of our apartment, private fenced garden and the common spaces within the Eden Green complex.
Other things to note
You can cross the road and walk right up the mountain for stunning 360 degree views of the city, experience the brand-new boardwalk and viewing platform where you can watch the incredible sunsets.
Or if you have little ones, there is a fantastic playground at the mountain suitable for all ages, which includes a flying fox, push-train, a six-metre-high climbing net in the shape of a volcanic cone, and much more!

Our Place is in an ideal spot, removed from the hustle and bustle of the CBD, but is still close enough to get amongst it all during the day with everything you need close by. You're only a few minutes drive, or a 20-minute walk to the Auckland City Centre, Newmarket, and Ponsonby. Our Place is also not too far from access to the motorways, a train station, and local bus stops, allowing you to be well connected whatever you have planned.
Mt Eden Village has loads of stylish and tasty eateries to check out and is only a few minutes drive, or a 15-minute walk away. Or maybe in the morning for a bit of exercise, you might like the short stroll (or run) up to the top of Mount Eden for incredible views out over the surrounding city and harbour. Located at the base of the mountain is a fantastic playground catering for both older and younger children, which includes a flying fox, push-train and six metre high climbing net in the shape of a volcanic cone.
