The space
• Spectacular 3000 sq ft cottage of finished living space built in huge 3 acres land. This cottage boasts a walk-out basement to a cozy covered patio with stunning sceneries.
• 5 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Sleeps 10-12 and plenty of space.
• 2 family rooms, spacious main floor with vaulted ceilings.
• The outdoor area is a dream. With a wide sandy private beach with wade in tranquil water. Or, if you like deeper water, make your way to the dock and enjoy 6-8 feet of water.
• Large Terrace, and interlocking stone that goes across the entire area. Sit on the sun deck, while the kids play on the beach, or if you prefer the shade, sit under the covered porch that stretches across the entire cottage.
• Entertainment games are available for fun nights!
• Two fireplaces for cozy evenings!
• Two full fridges for better planning for your stay.
• You can enjoy a large grassy area for games, group plays, etc…
• Firepit is a must for cottage nights! You’ll have it with a perfect view!
• Hot tub is available (Starting July2026, there would be a $150 extra charge for hottub) .
• Don't forget about the screened gazebo with a large fan and lights.
• Lots of parking spots.

• Wonderful Docking for your water toys and access to deeper water!
• Golf is also available if you Boat directly to 'The Ridge at Manitou'.

• Love to Snowmobile. We are sitting right on the OFC trail System! Perfect for those who want to hit the trail.

• High speed Starlink internet is here for you to enjoy Netflix, Youtube and much more
