Located in the heart of Old Town Kyrenia, with casinos (Colony Arkin, Liman, Dome, Rocks), bars, coffee shops, restaurants, the Old Harbour, Castle, shopping, and a gym all within walking distance. This authentic Ottoman House offers a true Cyprus experience, blending antique crafts, traditional furniture, and historic details with clean, modern amenities for a relaxing and memorable stay. The space
You enter through a private gate into a fully enclosed, stone-paved garden. The entire house and garden are for your exclusive use.

The ground floor features an entrance hallway with spacious wardrobes and coffee/ tea making facilities. A bathroom with shower and washing machine, a master bedroom with a double bed, and a second bedroom with two single beds that can be set as a double.

There is no internal staircase. Access to the first floor is via an external staircase leading to the terrace and living area.

The first floor offers a shaded arched terrace with dining area and built-in BBQ, a living room with seating and open-plan kitchen, and a WC.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, blender, toaster, kettle, and full tableware.

There are so many things to explore and experience in Kyrenia.

Besides being called the Jewel of Cyprus, Kyrenia has an interesting history. We recommend to walk around the old town, visit Kyrenia Castle located at the old harbour and to enjoy Mediterranean cuisine at the local restaurants.

At the old harbour you can also book boat trips and cultural tours.

Make sure to also visit Bella Pais Abbey during your stay. It is possible to walk there, but a taxi or rental car is recommended. The area offers a wide variety of restaurants, bars and café's.
