•Any disturbance, party activity, or exceeding occupancy will result in a $350 fee and possible removal without refund.

•Smoking is permitted outside only, with all doors and windows closed.
•Evidence of indoor smoking (cigarettes, cigars, or marijuana) will result in a $350 fee.

No Pets
•No pets allowed. No exceptions due to severe allergies.

Hot Tub & Fire Pit
•Please keep the hot tub cover closed when not in use.
•Hot tub use is at your own risk; children must be supervised.
