Originally designed by renowned Portland, OR architect Marvin Witt for his family, this towering 3 story "tree house" has been lovingly updated and restored. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and an open concept living room and kitchen with fireplace on the top floor. The house also features 3 private decks. It's a short walk to the beach and close to town and hiking trails.

Per Airbnb policy please note we have exterior cameras for security in the driveway, front walkway and east side siding.

The space
The top floor features a large vaulted ceiling and expansive windows with an open kitchen, dining room and living room with an adjacent outdoor deck. The second floor is made up of 2 private bedrooms and a bathroom. The bathroom is a wet-bath complete with heated floors. The larger bedroom has a queen size bed and the smaller bedroom has a full size bed, but also features it's own deck. The bottom floor is one large open master bedroom and sitting area. It features a queen size bed, pull out sofa bed, tv and a private bathroom with heated floors. It also has it's own deck. The room can be separated from the stairwell by privacy curtains. The bottom floor bathroom also contains the laundry area with washer and dryer. Bluetooth soundsystem, Roku TV with Netflix on 2 floors.

The entire house is accessible . We have locked storage under the stairs.

Exterior security cameras are present in the driveway, front walkway, and east side siding.
